Christmas!

Christmas this year was so much fun! We had all of the family together for Christmas day and we went tubing, played Beatles Rockband, and opened presents. It's such a wonderful time of the year!

Thanksgiving at the Church's

I know that it is actually Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving has been over for quite awhile. But I wanted to post these Thanksgiving pics. :) It was such a wonderful Thanksgiving! We actually did our Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday because everyone had plans on Thanksgiving Day. It was so nice to be with the family and have fun together. We had a nice surprise before we ate, Dad bore his testimony to the family. It was incredible! He spoke of the two most important things we shall do on the earth; Gain a testimony of Jesus Christ and then live your testimony. We have such a wonderful family!!!

July's Family Party

Well, July's party was sure fun! It was great to see everyone that was there. We had a very tasty bbq and some of us learned some new cooking skills. (Nice potato salad from Cody and Shannon and good baked beans from Kade and Ciara.) Hopefully next month we can all get together. We need some help with the garden though. It's getting HUGE and there are lots of weeds to pull and take care of. :)

June Family Party

So I thought really hard about what we should do for June's family party and I decided that we should....GO TO THE BOULDER!!!!!!!!!!!

May Family Party

Well, this month we'll be getting the garden ready and maybe even planting in it! Hurray! The party will be on the 23rd and we'll have it at Cody's house again. (Hope you don't mind Cody.)

April Family Party

April's party was fun! It was good to see most of the family. We missed you Brandon and Carole! But HAPPY B-DAY to Shannon and to Carole! We made a list of all of the vegetables that we wanted in the garden. Now we just need to get the water system and then plant. Cody don't forget your assignment to price out the water system. :) Hopefully we'll see you all at Tories baptism! Love you all!!

April Family Party Changes

What a surprise! We're changing the date of our April Family party. I think we do this every month, but oh well. LOL

It's going to be on the 18th instead of Easter Sunday. It'll be after Tyson's football game. So for those who can go to his football game go ahead and then after we'll all meet at G & G's house. (I'm so excited to watch Ty Ty play!!)

We're still going to do the BBQ. What does everyone want to bring?!

April Family Party!

Wow! I can hardly believe that April is here already! Well, that means planning for another monthly party. Hurray! This month's party is going to be on Easter Sunday, which is the 12th. We're going to meet at 5:00 to eat. The menu will be bbq hamburgers. So everyone bring your own meat again. We'll be celebrating b-days and discussing the garden. Let me know what you want to bring for everyone to share. We'll need potato salad, jello salad, fix-ins for the hamburgers, buns, and a dessert. We'll also need plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. March Family Party

Wow! This last family party was a lot of fun! Maybe it's because we were able to be outside, it was such nice weather. We were able to get a good sized garden plot ready, many thanks to Brother Shelley!! It was fun to watch Brandon and Devron maneuver the tractor...I don't think Dev wanted to stop! The tacos were delicious too. Sorry to Brandon, Cody, Corah, and Brooklyn!! We completely forgot to sing Happy Birthday to you guys, dang it. But Happy Birthday anyways!!! The only ones who were missing were Grandma and Grandpa Church. We missed you guys SO MUCH and we love you both SO MUCH!!!!!!

ANOTHER Update on March's Family Party

Wow! Plans are always changing. Kade had a great idea and I think it would be good for our family to do it this month instead of baptisms for the dead, especially since Mom and Dad won't be here to do baptisms with us.

He thought it would be good if we had a family garden. Cody has already volunteered some of his land for the garden. So on the 21st in the morning we'll all meet at Cody's house and we'll work on the garden and then we'll have a b-day lunch to celebrate all of the March b-days! Fun Fun! What does everyone want for lunch? Any ideas?

Update on March Party

Hello everyone, here's the deal, March's family party is going to be on the 21st. What I was thinking of doing was having it at either Cody and Shannon's or Brandon and Carole's house so that in the morning we could all do baptisms for the dead and then we could come back, have lunch, and celebrate b-days. Let me know what you think and if you can make it. Also Shannon and Carole, let me know if you would like to have it at your house or not.

March's Family get-together

So an idea that I've been thinking of for our family get together this month is to have it on the last Saturday of the month or the third Saturday of the month, whichever works best for the most people. I think we should have it in the afternoon in Fairview, but in the morning before lunch anyone who can make it will go to the temple to do baptisms for the dead. Thoughts? Comments? Let me know what you all think!

February's get together was so much fun! It was great to have the family all together and it was a lot of fun to do the Church Family talent show. All of the kids did a great job! And it was fun to celebrate Brayden's and Kade's birthdays! Happy B-day guys!

January's family party was so much fun! It was great to get together with the Larson family as well since it was Dallas's ordination as well. We had some really delicious barbeque turkey and we celebrated Dallas's, Ciara's and Cael's birthdays. Hope you all had a great time!

Update on Family Party!

Well, I know that the family party was going to be on the 24th, which is a Saturday, but it turns out that Dallas will be ordained a deacon the next day which will be the 25th. So let's change the party to the 25th and it will be at Cherish and Devron's house. Let me know if you can make it!!

SURPRISE GRANDPA!!!

Wow! This Christmas was so much fun for the Church family! Especially giving Grandpa his fish! He was so surprised!

It was also fun to give Grandma a nice warm coat! She even modeled it for us. :)
